Privacy Policy

Commit Alarm is designed to help you wake up without turning your morning into someone else's data.

Data we collect

Commit Alarm does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data with the developer. The app has no developer-operated account system, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or backend service.

Alarm and completion data

Alarm configuration, checkpoint values, and completion history are stored locally on your iPhone so the app can schedule commitments and show your history. You can delete commitments and clear completion history in the app. Deleting the app removes its local app container.

Camera access

Commit Alarm asks for Camera access only when you choose a QR or barcode checkpoint. Camera frames are processed in the on-device scanning session to read that code. Frames are not saved to disk or uploaded to the developer.

Notifications

The app asks for notification permission so iPhone can deliver scheduled alarm commitments. Notification scheduling happens on your device. You can change this permission at any time in iPhone Settings.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions and purchase restoration are provided by Apple StoreKit. Apple processes payment and Apple Account information under its own policies. Commit Alarm reads entitlement status but does not receive payment-card details or send transaction data to a developer backend.

Children

Commit Alarm is not designed to collect personal information from children or from any user.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version and effective date will appear on this page.
